We have used Top Notch for over 10 years and consider them the best pool service and repair company. They are efficient, knowledgeable and very reliable. Our latest representative, Pascal, does a really great job in keeping our pool clean and perfectly balanced chemically so we can enjoy our pool all summer long with never any downtime. Michael and his team have been awesome and prompt. We are first-time pool owners and definitely didn't know all the things, they have done a beautiful job explaining the equipment, cleaning the pool and helping us stay on top of everything. It's so nice to not have to worry about the bigger components. They leave the pool sparkling clean and perfectly balanced chemical wise. We are grateful to find this awesome company So we can just dive in and enjoy the pool! They do a great job letting you know everything that they did and are incredibly respectful of our property to include our pets. Joshua and Eli were very professional. They came out and changed my sand and laterals in my sand filter and did an excellent job. They even made a point to come back and pressure wash some of the mess that was left. I would recommend them to anyone!

As a first time pool owner, Top Notch has been an invaluable partner. They are consistently one-time with weekly service and proactive in addressing issues. I am also very appreciative of their responsiveness to "urgent" requests. Special call-out to Michael, who takes a personal interest in each pool. Most recently, our heater went out just before a family visit. Michael got the team out to quickly diagnose the issue and had the heater up and running just in time for our guests.
